Web design [performance-based]

Websites built to rank and convert, not to win design awards

A pretty site that loads slow and ranks nowhere is an expensive brochure. We build fast, search-ready sites with conversion tracking installed before launch, priced on the performance they produce.

What we build

Every site ships with the boring stuff that makes money

Design gets the compliments. Structure gets the customers. Our builds start from the searches your buyers make, then get designed around converting them.

01

Search-ready structure

Pages mapped to real search demand, clean URLs, correct heading hierarchy, and schema markup on every page. Placeholder details here, full build menu coming soon.

02

Speed and Core Web Vitals

Under 2 seconds to load on mobile, with before and after Core Web Vitals reports. Google measures this, so we treat it as a deliverable with a number, not a vibe.

03

Conversion plumbing

Call tracking, form tracking, and analytics installed and tested before launch. Placeholder details here, full build menu coming soon.

Performance-based pricing

Priced on what the site produces

No flat rate card. Site scope varies too much for one price to be honest. On your first call we agree on what the site needs to produce, then price the build against it. You will have a real number in writing before anything starts.

  • Scope, timeline, and price agreed in writing first
  • You own the domain, hosting, files, and every credential
  • Redesigns include ranking protection and full redirect maps
  • Launch includes a tested tracking setup, not a promise of one

Fair warning: we turn down builds where the owner wants a homepage animation more than they want the phone to ring. Both is fine. Backwards is not.

Client words

From owners whose sites now work for a living

★★★★★
"Our old site was gorgeous and useless. The new one is clean, loads instantly, and the contact form actually gets filled out. I did not know a website could feel like an employee."
Teresa W. Wellness studio owner
★★★★★
"I was terrified of losing rankings in the redesign because it happened to me once before. They showed me the redirect map before launch. We lost nothing and gained speed."
Kevin H. Attorney
★★★★★
"Three weeks from kickoff to live, and every login is in my password manager, not theirs. After my last agency held my site hostage, that alone was worth it."

FAQ

Web design questions, straight answers

How much does a website cost?

We price builds on performance rather than a flat rate card, agreed on your first call based on scope and the results the site needs to produce. Local business sites in the broader market run anywhere from $3,000 to $20,000 and up. We will give you a real number after one conversation about your goals.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Domain, hosting, design files, and content are all yours. We build in platforms you can access, and we hand over every credential at launch. No hostage websites.

How long does a build take?

A typical local business site takes 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on page count and how fast content gets approved. We set the timeline in writing before the build starts.

Is SEO included in the web design?

Search-ready structure is included in every build: clean URLs, correct heading hierarchy, schema markup, fast Core Web Vitals, and pages mapped to the searches your customers make. Ongoing SEO, like content and citations, is a separate service you can add. See our SEO packages for that.

Can you redesign my site without losing rankings?

Yes, and this is where most redesigns go wrong. We map every existing URL, preserve or redirect each one, and benchmark rankings before launch so nothing quietly disappears. Traffic protection is part of the build plan, not an afterthought.
