Google Ads [performance-based]

Google Ads management that turns spend into booked jobs

Stop paying a flat retainer whether the ads work or not. Our management pricing is tied to performance, your account stays yours, and every dollar gets tracked to a call or a form fill.

What we run

Paid search is not about keywords anymore. It is about feeding the machine clean data.

Google's automated bidding is very good and very obedient. Feed it junk conversions and it buys junk. Feed it real booked jobs and it hunts for more of them. Our job is the feeding.

01

Search campaigns

High-intent keywords in your service area, with negative keyword lists that stop you paying for "free," "DIY," and job seekers. Placeholder details here, full campaign menu coming soon.

02

Performance Max and LSA

Performance Max fed with clean conversion data, and Local Services Ads with the Google badge for eligible trades. Placeholder details here, full campaign menu coming soon.

03

Tracking and reporting

Call tracking, form tracking, and booked-job reporting down to the keyword. A monthly report you can read in five minutes, plus a live dashboard when you want the detail.

Performance-based pricing

We only win when you do

No published rate card here, on purpose. Every market has different click costs and different margins, so a flat fee punishes somebody. On your first call we set performance targets and a fee structure tied to them. If the account underperforms, our fee feels it before you do.

  • Fee structure agreed before any spend
  • You own the account and every byte of data
  • No long-term lock-in on management
  • Weekly optimization, monthly plain-English reporting

One thing we will say no to: managing an account with no conversion tracking. Untracked spend is gambling, and we do not bill for gambling.

Client words

From owners who stopped paying flat retainers

★★★★★
"Two agencies before this one billed me the same fee every month while my cost per lead doubled. Tying the fee to performance changed the phone calls I get. Now they call me with fixes, not excuses."
Steve R. Roofing company owner
★★★★★
"They refused to start until call tracking was installed. I was annoyed for a week. Then I saw which keywords actually made the phone ring and understood why."
Angela P. Med spa director
★★★★★
"Owning my own ad account seems obvious until you try to leave an agency that owns it. Never again. Google Arsenal set everything up in my account from day one."
Marcus D. Plumbing contractor

FAQ

Google Ads questions, straight answers

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Always. We build and manage campaigns inside your Google Ads account, so the history, the data, and the account itself stay yours if we ever part ways.

What does performance-based pricing mean here?

Our management fee is tied to the results the account produces, not a flat retainer that gets paid whether the ads work or not. We agree on performance targets and the fee structure on your strategy call, based on your market and margins. If we do not perform, we do not get paid like we did.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

We recommend at least $1,500 per month in ad spend for a single-market local campaign. Below that, Google's system does not get enough conversion data to optimize, and results get noisy. Your exact number depends on your market and cost per click.

How fast do Google Ads produce leads?

Ads can produce calls in the first week, which is why we often pair them with SEO. Expect the first 2 to 4 weeks to be a calibration period while conversion data accumulates, with cost per lead typically improving from there.

Do you run Performance Max and Local Services Ads?

Yes to both. Performance Max works well for local businesses when it is fed clean conversion data, and Local Services Ads put you at the very top with a Google badge for eligible trades. We decide the mix based on your market, not a template.

How do you report on ad performance?

Calls, form fills, and booked jobs, tracked to the campaign and keyword that produced them. You get a monthly report in plain English plus access to a live dashboard. We report cost per lead and return on ad spend, not impressions.
